Usage Rights
You are free to:
- Use the app and plugin for personal or commercial projects
- Export and distribute visuals created with the tool
- Share results or incorporate them into your designs
User Accounts (Planned Feature)
We may introduce optional user accounts in the future to enable features like saving effect stacks or preferences.
When accounts are introduced, you will be asked to agree to updated terms and data policies. Use of account-based features will be optional.
Limitations
- You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- You may not use the tool to generate or promote illegal, hateful, or misleading content
Warranty Disclaimer
Effect.app is provided “as is” with no warranties. We do not guarantee availability, output quality, or fitness for any specific purpose.
Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the app, including data loss or project interruption.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the app or plugin implies acceptance of the latest version.
If user accounts are added, you will be notified and given the opportunity to review and accept updated terms.
