How do I apply Handheld Portra online?
Open the Handheld Portra preset, add your photo or video, and adjust the loaded effect layers. Preview at your intended output size before exporting.
Which Portra treatment is used?
The enabled Classic Film layer selects Kodak Portra 160, while Film Grain uses a Kodak Portra 800 texture. These are separate digital controls; the preset is not a scan of your photo on either film stock.
Can I turn off the camera movement?
Yes. Disable Camera Shake or lower its motion scale. The film color, grain, Bloom, and Halation layers remain independently adjustable.
Why are bright areas glowing?
Bloom and Halation both affect highlights. Lower their intensity if pale clothing, bright windows, or skin highlights lose too much definition.
How do I reduce the grain?
Lower Film Grain amount and preview at the intended export size. Grain that looks subtle in a small preview can be much more visible in a full-size image.
