How do I apply Star Burst online?
Open the Star Burst preset, add your image or video, and adjust the loaded effect layers to suit your source. Preview the result before exporting.
What creates the burst?
Cubify reshapes the source, Modulation introduces wave structure, and Star Glow stretches bright regions into streaks. Gaussian Blur softens the combined treatment.
Is this a simple lens-star filter?
The preset goes beyond a conventional star filter because distortion and modulation change the image before the glow. Use Star Glow by itself when you want greater control over a cleaner optical-style result.
What is animated?
Saved keyframes change modulation phase, and Cubify has a nonzero animation speed. The pattern can therefore evolve with a still image as well as with video.
How can I stop the highlights from overwhelming the image?
Raise the Star Glow threshold or reduce its intensity and streak length. Then lower distortion strength if the original subject needs to remain more recognizable.
