How do I apply Heatwave online?
Open the Heatwave preset, add your photo or video, and adjust the loaded effect layers. Preview at your intended output size before exporting.
Does Heatwave create heat-haze distortion?
The saved enabled stack uses color, print texture, exposure, and motion blur. It does not include a dedicated heat-haze displacement effect.
How do I make the result less warm?
Reduce the color shifts in Color Balance or Color Grading and compare the result before adjusting contrast.
Why do highlights lose detail?
Exposure and Curves can push bright areas too far. Lower Exposure or soften the upper part of the curve for a bright source.
Can I remove the motion softness?
Yes. Reduce Motion Blur or disable it while retaining the color and Risograph layers.
