How do I apply Angelic online?
Open the Angelic preset, add your image or video, and adjust the loaded effect layers to suit your source. Preview the result before exporting.
How is the Angelic look created?
The stack starts with monochrome conversion and inverted Levels, followed by two Gaussian Blur layers and custom Curves. The final curves further shape both tone and color.
Why do bright and dark regions behave unexpectedly?
The Levels stage reverses the tonal relationship before later blur and curves act on it. A dark background may therefore become an important light region in the treated image.
How can I preserve facial detail?
Lower the blur strengths or opacities and adjust the tonal curves carefully. Starting with a large, well-lit face gives the treatment more structure than a distant subject in a busy scene.
How is it different from Soft Editorial?
Soft Editorial uses bloom between inverted Levels stages. Angelic relies on monochrome conversion and broad Gaussian Blur, giving it a different relationship between softness and inverted tones.
