What's the difference between Pro and Animate?
Pro is for high-quality export work: 4K output, longer videos, no watermarks, commercial license, and the desktop app. Animate includes everything in Pro, plus keyframe animation, up to 5 minutes of video export, unlimited custom presets, and reusable animation settings.
Can I upgrade or switch plans?
Yes — you can move between plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; if you switch to a lower tier, the change applies at the end of your current billing period.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you'll keep access through the end of your paid term. After that, your account moves back to the free plan — no further charges.
Do you offer refunds?
First payments may qualify for a full refund within 14 days. Renewals are considered within 3 days when no exports or downloads occurred during that billing period. Current billing periods are otherwise non-refundable. See the Terms for full details.
