What creates the paper towel look?
The preset combines Gaussian Blur, Texture Displacement, two Layer Mix textures, and Curves. The image is both softened and shifted, while overlays supply the surface pattern.
How do I make the texture less dominant?
Reduce the Layer Mix opacity first. Then lower displacement amount if contours bend too much, or reduce Gaussian Blur strength to restore detail. These adjustments affect different parts of the finish.
