How do I apply Twin Peaks online?
Open the Twin Peaks preset, add your photo or video, and adjust the loaded effect layers. Preview at your intended output size before exporting.
Which layers shape the look?
Film Grain, Bloom, Color Grading, and Curves are enabled. Grain supplies texture, Bloom spreads bright light, and the color and curve layers shape the tone.
How can I reduce washed-out highlights?
Lower Bloom intensity or raise its threshold. Check bright skies and skin first, then adjust Curves if the whole image needs more separation.
Is it a recreation of the original show color grade?
No. This is an independently adjustable Effect.app treatment named Twin Peaks, not an official LUT or a shot-matching tool.
Which sources work best?
Start with an image that has both visible shadow detail and a few defined highlights. Very flat lighting gives Bloom less to emphasize, while already clipped highlights cannot regain their original detail.
